I will give you all the information you need to guide your decsion to sell, and how to price your home. Together we will discuss a plan for marketing your home that fits your needs, then I will be accountable to you for following through on that plan. I will be sure that you interests are well represented through the entire process.
Investment
I would love to work with you if you are interested in investment property in Central Texas. We will talk at length about your goals, and develop rigorous criteria for the property you would like to buy, proactively search for property that meet your requirements, and have a regular schedule to look at listings as they become available.
Relocation
I genuinely enjoy living in Austin and would love to work closely with you, if you are thinking about moving here.
